ABOUT WEBSMITH SOLUTIONS

Websmith Solutions began in 2005 when owner Suzette Franck decided to take her web site freelancing to the next level. After many years of being a Corporate Zombie, Suzette decided that she wanted to live life and work for herself.

Suzette has been creating web sites since 1996, and has learned the tools of her trade though many hours of research and education, as well as many hours of trial-and-error first hand experience. Her previous corporate experience included positions such as: Intranet Manager, Documentation Coordinator, Technical Writer and Computer Helpdesk Trainer. She has also written several user manuals for software and was once awarded an award from Microsoft for her web designs in the "Activate The Internet" competition.

Suzette prides herself on the customization of her web sites, and therefore, prefers hand-coding most pages. She writes HTML and CSS extensively, and has experience in PHP and ASP Scripting, Database and Web Application Design, Web Marketing, Email Newsletters and Mailing Lists, as well as Domain Sales. In addition to her web site creation work, she is also an accomplished Graphics and Multimedia Designer for print and online. She has been in charge of small to large sites, sometimes containing hundreds or even thousands of pages.
